AV Request Form

This form needs to be submitted at least one week prior to the program. Please keep in mind the following rental fees as you plan your programs. The club has budgeted for $100 per week for AV equipment.

Audio Visual Equipment Charges from the IMU:
*LCD Projector: $100
*Laptop: $150
*Corded microphone: $15
*Wireless microphone: $85
*Sound Operator: $30 / hour (required when connecting to IMU room’s sound system)
*AV cart: $10
*Screen: no charge

Speaker will need:

Projector and screen

Screen only (speaker will provide projector if needed)

Laptop computer (please arrange your own if possible)

Sound connection from the computer to the room’s speakers

Corded microphone (instead of the podium microphone)
